Playbook put to the test:

Team wins championship with Go Flag Football Playbook.

Southern Polytechnic State University Intramural Champions

The season started out with only 2 return players. We had 12 new players that had never played organized football before. We needed help in a big way. The team had to start at the beginning and learn to game of football. Our search for help was answered with the Go Flag Football playbook.

The practice drills in the playbook gave us the techniques we needed. We were able to learn typical pass routes, flag pulling drills, and basic throw and catch techniques.

With 12 novice players, the basics were a necessity. The second thing we needed was commitment. Our team made the commitment to practice. We practiced at least 1 hour a day, 4 days a week. Sometimes we practiced 2 hours a day, twice a week. The Go Flag Football Playbook showed us how to win, we practiced until we were ready to win.

The playbook showed us both offense and defense. Our points per game went up through out the season and we were only allowing one or two touchdowns per game.

This picture shows how well the defensive strategies work. The norm was to  have two or three defensive players surrounding the ball. Here you can clearly see 3 defensive players (black shirts) around the one offensive player.

Net result of the season was a championship. We only lost one game throughout the season. Most of all, we were able to have fun and enjoy the game.
